Complete Your Forms Online

Save time at your appointment by completing your new patient forms from the comfort of your home. This allows us to spend more time focusing on you when you arrive.

Transfer Your Dental Records

If you provide us with the name and contact information of your previous dentist, we can request your existing records and X-rays when available. This helps us review your dental history and avoid repeating information whenever possible.

Your First Visit

We Start By Listening

Your first visit begins with a conversation. We want to understand:

  • What brought you to our office.
  • Any concerns or symptoms you are experiencing.
  • Your dental goals.
  • Your past dental experiences.
  • Any questions you have about your care.

We believe great dentistry starts with understanding each patient as an individual.

A Thorough, Personalized Evaluation

We'll perform a comprehensive exam and take any necessary X-rays to get a complete picture of your oral health. From there, we'll create a treatment plan that's personalized to your needs and goals.

From your first phone call to your first cleaning, we'll guide you every step of the way so you know exactly what to expect.

Understanding Your Options

After your examination, we will review our findings with you and explain:

  • What we see.
  • Recommended treatment options.
  • Benefits, risks, and alternatives.
  • What happens if treatment is delayed.

We want you to have the information you need to make decisions that are right for you.

Insurance

Insurance Information

Kensington Family Dentistry accepts most PPO dental insurance plans. Although we are not in-network with any insurance company, many PPO plans offer similar benefits whether you choose an in-network or out-of-network dentist. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits, estimate your coverage, and answer any questions you may have. Because every plan is different, we'll review your specific benefits with you before treatment so you know what to expect.

Parking Information

Parking is easy and convenient! Our office is located adjacent to a free parking lot, so you can park close to the office and avoid the hassle of street parking. Our office is easily accessible on the first floor.

Dental Emergencies

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, we will always do our best to see you as quickly as possible. In many cases, we can accommodate same-day or next-day emergency visits.

If we are squeezing you into the schedule, please be prepared that you may need to wait up to 90 minutes, depending on the needs of our scheduled patients and the complexity of your emergency.

If you prefer a designated appointment time with minimal waiting, we are happy to schedule you for our next available appointment.
